Try NOD for 30 nights, beginning when you receive your sleepwear. If you don’t believe your NOD sleepwear is noticeably more comfortable than your regular pyjamas, send it back for a full refund of the eligible product price and applicable taxes. Original delivery fees, if any, are non-refundable.

We’ll ask what didn’t work for you because your feedback helps us make NOD better, but your refund will never depend on your answer.

The guarantee is available to first-time NOD customers in Canada and allows you to genuinely try one tank, one pair of shorts, and one pair of pants. NOD will even cover the return shipping.

To keep this program sustainable as a small Canadian business, a few ground rules apply:

• First-time customers and orders: Available to first-time NOD customers purchasing within Canada. The guarantee is available once per customer on their qualifying first order.
• Trial period: Your 30-night trial begins when you receive your sleepwear. Please initiate your guarantee return by the end of the 30-night trial.
• Covered products: Applies to our core collection - Tanks, Shorts, and Sleep Pants.
• Quantity limits: Customers can try up to one worn item per category: one tank, one pair of shorts, and one pair of pants. Additional duplicate items must remain unworn and in original condition to qualify for a standard return.
• Sets and bundles: Returning a complete eligible set or bundle qualifies for a full refund of the product amount paid and applicable taxes. If only one item is returned, we’ll refund that item’s proportional discounted price and applicable taxes.
• Shipping: NOD covers return shipping for eligible guarantee returns within Canada. Original delivery fees, if any, are non-refundable.
• Excluded items: Final Sale and Clearance items do not qualify for the 30-night trial.

The process is the same as for standard returns:

1. Have your order number and postal code or email address ready.
2. Email support@nodsleepwear.com with the items you’d like to return and let us know you’re using the 30-Night Comfort Guarantee.
3. Once approved, we’ll email you a prepaid return label. Attach it securely to your package and drop it off with the designated carrier within 14 days.

Eligible guarantee items may be worn and washed; the unworn-condition requirements for standard returns do not apply.

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 3–5 business days after we receive the returned items and confirm their eligibility under the guarantee.

For unworn items, duplicate purchases, gift returns, or orders outside the 30-Night Comfort Guarantee.

At NOD, we want you to love everything you order. If an item isn’t quite the right fit or style, we’re happy to accept returns or exchanges on eligible regular items within 30 days of delivery - and we cover the return shipping!

Eligibility

• Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original, brand-new condition.
• Packaging: Original tags must be attached, and items must be in their original packaging.
• Timeline: Return requests must be initiated within 30 days of receiving the package.
• Exclusions: Final Sale and Clearance items are not eligible for return or exchange.

We offer free prepaid return shipping labels on all eligible returns and exchanges within Canada.

• Exchanges: Need a different size or colour? Email us with the item you want instead, and we’ll issue a prepaid label. Once we receive your unworn item, we’ll ship your replacement at no extra cost.
• Refunds: If you prefer a refund to your original payment method, we’ll email you a prepaid return shipping label at no charge. Original delivery fees paid on the initial order, if any, remain non-refundable.

We take immense pride in our Portuguese craftsmanship and quality standards. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please email us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue, and we’ll replace it immediately at no cost to you.

Final Sale Items: Items marked as "Final Sale" cannot be returned or exchanged.

Gift Cards: Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged.
