To keep this program sustainable as a small Canadian business, a few ground rules apply:

• First-time customers and orders: Available to first-time NOD customers purchasing within Canada. The guarantee is available once per customer on their qualifying first order.
• Trial period: Your 30-night trial begins when you receive your sleepwear. Please initiate your guarantee return by the end of the 30-night trial.
• Covered products: Applies to our core collection—Tanks, Shorts, and Sleep Pants.
• Quantity limits: Customers can try up to one worn item per category: one tank, one pair of shorts, and one pair of pants. Additional duplicate items must remain unworn and in original condition to qualify for a standard return.
• Sets and bundles: Returning a complete eligible set or bundle qualifies for a full refund of the product amount paid and applicable taxes. If only one item is returned, we’ll refund that item’s proportional discounted price and applicable taxes.
• Shipping: NOD covers return shipping for eligible guarantee returns within Canada. Original delivery fees, if any, are non-refundable.
• Excluded items: Final Sale and Clearance items do not qualify for the 30-night trial.

How to initiate a comfort guarantee return

The process is the same as for standard returns:

1. Have your order number and postal code or email address ready.
2. Email support@nodsleepwear.com with the items you’d like to return and let us know you’re using the 30-Night Comfort Guarantee.
3. Once approved, we’ll email you a prepaid return label. Attach it securely to your package and drop it off with the designated carrier within 14 days.

Eligible guarantee items may be worn and washed; the unworn-condition requirements for standard returns do not apply.

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 3–5 business days after we receive the returned items and confirm their eligibility under the guarantee.
