Nod Sleepwear Store Policy:

At Nod Sleepwear, we strive to ensure you have an enjoyable and seamless shopping experience. Below are our store policies regarding orders, shipping, returns, and more. If you have any questions, feel free to reach out to us directly!


Ordering:

Payment Methods: We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, and other popular payment methods.

Order Confirmation: Once your order is placed, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your order details. If you don’t receive this email, please check your spam folder or contact us.

Order Changes: If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request, but please note that changes may not be possible once your order has been processed.

PLEASE NOTE: UPS can not deliver to PO Boxes. Please choose alternate address.


Shipping:

Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-3 business days.

Shipping Locations: We currently ship across Canada to the US.  

Shipping fees and delivery times will vary based on your location.

Shipping Rates: Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address. We offer free shipping on orders over $150 within Canada.

Tracking: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.


Refund Process:

30-Day Return & Exchange Policy: We want you to love your Nod Sleepwear! If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery. The items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.

Free Returns & Exchanges: We offer free returns and exchanges within Canada. Please contact us to initiate the return or exchange process, and we’ll provide a prepaid shipping label.

Refund Process: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Exchanges: If you’d like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please indicate this when initiating your return.


Returns & Exchanges:

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please specify your request when initiating the return process. We will ship the new item to you free of charge once we receive the original item.


Product Availability:

Limited Stock: Some of our items may have limited availability due to high demand or limited production runs. If an item is out of stock, you can sign up for notifications, and we’ll alert you when it’s back.


Privacy Policy:

We take your privacy seriously. Any personal information you provide to us during the checkout process is used solely to process your order. We will never share or sell your information to third parties.
